Delivery methods

We only deliver within Norway and offer the following options via Posten/Bring:

1. Delivery to mailbox

  • The package is delivered directly to your mailbox and follows the regular mail stream.
  • Tracking is limited, and delivery time depends on the mail route in your area.
  • You will receive a notification from Posten when the package has been delivered.
  • Once the package is registered as delivered, you, as the recipient, are responsible for it. Unfortunately, we cannot replace packages that disappear after delivery.
    👉 If you live in an area with a risk of mailbox theft, we recommend choosing delivery to a pick-up point.

2. Delivery to pick-up point

  • The package is sent to the nearest Post office in store or parcel locker.
  • You can choose your preferred pick-up point when ordering.
  • You will receive a pick-up notification and code from Posten when the package is ready.
  • To pick up from a parcel locker, use the Posten app.

 

Returns and right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day the package is delivered to the pick-up point or mailbox.

How to make a return

  1. Log in.
  2. Select Request return and register the item(s), quantity, and reason for return.
  3. Once the request is approved, we will send you a return label by email.
  4. Pack the item securely, attach the return label clearly visible on the package, and send it back.

Important to know

  • The return fee is 99 NOK per shipment.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
  • We will refund the amount or send a new item after the return has been received and checked.
