You can remove pilling with our lint comb. Do not use tape or a brush as this will cause the wool fibers to fray more than necessary.

How to use the lint comb:

Place the garment on a flat surface

Gently pull the comb at a 45-degree angle upwards or downwards along the garment. You can hold the fabric for better control.

Easily clean the comb with your fingers occasionally

You can steam your wool garment afterwards so that the wool regains its natural shine.

Why do clothes pill?

Wool should only be washed with wool. Other types of textiles in the wash can be the reason why your wool garments pill. You may also experience pilling on a wool garment that is used in direct contact with other garments made of synthetic fibers. Always check what the wool garment contains when you buy it. If it is a blend containing nylon, there is a high chance that it will quickly get a lot of pills.
